There’s something truly magical about those first few weeks of life, when every breath, stretch, and tiny sigh feels like a miracle. This sweet baby girl was such a dream to photograph. From the moment she arrived, her calm presence filled the studio with a gentle kind of peace that only a newborn can bring.
We began her session with her waddled in layers of blush pink, snug and cozy in a woven wrap that reminded me of the warmth of a handmade blanket. Her tiny fingers peeked through just enough to capture those perfect newborn details that parents cherish forever. The textures of the knits, the soft tones, and her peaceful expressions came together to create a series that’s both classic and full of heart.
Next up, her session in soft sage tones, a beautiful choice that paired perfectly with her dark, silky hair and delicate floral headband. Her little hands folded under her cheek so sweetly — the very picture of serenity. I always say there’s a special stillness in these moments, a quiet that seems to whisper, you are so loved.
And of course, one of my favourite poses of all… the froggie pose. With careful support and safety at the forefront (always a team effort!), we captured her sweet little face resting perfectly in her hands. It’s one of those timeless portraits that makes every parent’s heart melt.
